We are keen to ensure that staff with disabilities get the workplace adjustments they need to help them develop and fulfil their potential. When you join, you will be asked to complete a Health Questionnaire, after which an Occupational Health Adviser will discuss your needs with you. Some examples of adjustments we have made for Treasury staff recently are:
- Additional equipment for staff with visual or hearing impairments
- British Sign Language (BSL) and Sign Supported English (SSE) interpretation
- Alternative working arrangements including home-working
- Specialist software, such as speech-to-text programmes
- Modification to the physical environment such as adapted keyboards, mice and ergonomic chairs

Disability Confident Leader
