You’ll receive a starting salary of £30,000. Whilst on the Graduate Development Programme, policy advisers will receive a salary uplift to £34,710 after 18 months and either £37,400 (Darlington) or £40,400 (London) after 3 years  – both uplifts are subject to satisfactory performance reviews.
